I'm Shayoni, a product designer who found my calling at the intersection of AI and human experience, before it was a trend. Over 5+ years at Verizon and Accenture, I've designed conversational AI systems, enterprise transformation platforms, and end-to-end digital sales journeys, with the design systems to hold it all together.

Outside of screens, I care about collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and building team cultures where good design can thrive.

I’m Shayoni, a Product & UX Designer with 5+ years of experience across enterprise products, conversational AI, and complex digital journeys.

I started my career designing structured interfaces and predefined user flows. As the products I worked on became more intelligent, my practice evolved too — from designing one experience for many users to thinking about systems that can understand context, adapt, and respond to individual needs.

Today, I combine the fundamentals of human-centered design with AI-assisted ways of researching, exploring, prototyping, and validating ideas.
